For most healthy adults and children, Yoga is a safe and beneficial form of exercise.  However, some of us have sustained injuries or illnesses during our lifetime. PARmed-X is a 4-page physical activity-specific checklist to be used by a physician with patients who have had positive responses to the  (PAR-Q) PARmed-X Form

The PARmed-X for Pregnancy is a 4-page guideline for health screening prior to participation in a prenatal fitness class or other exercise. PAR-med-X For Pregnancy Form
