Prenatal Yoga - Honour Yourself
Yoga works great for pregnancy. Smooth pregnancy and a natural childbirth are just some of the things we wish for. Yoga exercises gently work on the reproductive organs and pelvis to ensure a smooth pregnancy and a relatively easy childbirth.
Our prenatal yoga class is safe, fun and healthy for women that are enjoying an uncomplicated pregnancy. We focus on yoga poses that will help your body to go through the changes of pregnancy and prepare it for giving birth. Yoga helps you during your pregnancy and after the child birth as well. It helps restoring the uterus, abdomen and the pelvic floor. Yoga also relieves upper back tension and breast discomfort.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner you can go ahead with this program.
When we practice yoga it helps stretching our muscles and tissues hence reducing tension occurring due to the stretching of skin. Regulated breathing exercises help promoting the circulation of blood and oxygen. The combination of poses, pranayamas and guided meditation increase overall well being.
Yoga may also alleviate the discomforts caused by sciatic pain, round ligament pain, and yes, even morning sickness.

Our pre-registered program passes can be purchased in the multiples of 10 or 20 classes

10 class pass $120
20 class pass $220
Private or Semi Private class $40 each
Schedule
Group classes on Saturday morning at 10.45 am.
I will need minimum of three participants to run the classes.
